Photos - Oak Class Spring Assembly 2012

On Friday 16th March, Mrs Walker's Class (Oak) performed their class Assembly to a packed audience of children, staff and of course parents, carers, grandparents, siblings, etc, etc!
The assembly was Oak's interpretation of the story of Noah in traditional dress but with a modern linguistic spin ("Oi, beardy, what are you looking at!").
The whole thing was superbly acted with strong performances from all the children. It wouldn't be a Queen's assembly without a good smattering of rousing music sung, as ever, with gusto and enthusiasm. There was even a violin solo from one of the class.
Mrs Walker's direction and production created a great show that was enjoyed by all and I'm sure most of the audience will have been singing along to "Rise and Shine" (better known to all of us as "The Arky Arky Song") well into the weekend!
