The Queen's C of E
Primary School

Phew, what a day of fun!

Another fantastic day although a little colder this morning and so the children were very grateful for the extra layers they(!) had packed.

Everyone took part in a huge range of activities today as you can see from the photo galleries.  We are lucky to have one of the highest climbing walls in the south of England here at High Ashurst and the children put it to good use both climbing and abseiling.  The mix of woodland and meadow here also provides a fantastic orienteering course although some of the map reading skills was a little sketchy and sometimes seemed to involve following another group in the hope that they knew where they were going!

We are having our camp fire this evening - now where's Mrs Noyes with her guitar when we need her?!
