Year 4

Welcome to the

Year Four learning page

The Year 4 Online Learning  is now ready to go!

Year Four

Introducing Google classroom

Whilst you are unable to come into school, we want you to be able to keep on learning and we also want to be able to feed back on the fantastic work you are doing. We are, therefore, no longer updating this page with new learning but will see you all on Google classroom (please see parent mail about how to log in and access this resource), where you will find the weekly tasks that have been set for Maths, English and other subjects. Now, you will be able to upload work and share your learning with us: we are excited to see what you produce!

Please note that there is no pressure to complete all the learning set so just try to do what you can, when you can.

How can I complete learning at home if I cannot access Google classroom?

We are very aware that this change won’t be suitable for everyone. If you have limited time on a computer or are unable to access Google classroom, there are lots of things you can do to keep learning going. We recommend that at the very least you keep the following skills going:
- Times tables
- Mental maths
- Spelling
- Daily reading

If you cannot access Google classroom, there are some fantastic learning opportunities provided by Oak academy and the BBC. Every week, we will update these links below.

Week beginning Monday 27th April: each subject has a lesson a day or sequence to follow throughout the week.

Maths (area and perimeter)

English (poetry)
